The Three Levels of Consciousness
The Three Levels of Consciousness presents Manny Nabarrette’s independent framework for understanding the conscious mind, personal subconscious, and collective subconscious. Drawing on approximately 40 years of studying human behavior, Manny shows how these three levels influence what we perceive, what we accept as truth, and how we respond to the world around us.
The purpose is not simply to present a theory. It is to help readers recognize these levels operating within their own lives and awaken an experiential understanding of their inner architecture—moving beyond intellectual ideas into living awareness.
How the Three Levels Work
The conscious mind engages with the outward world, makes choices, and provides material to the personal subconscious. The personal subconscious uses that material to build and reinforce internal structures that influence perception, belief, emotion, and behavior.
The collective subconscious also provides material from the deepest level of the inner being. Its inward movement can press against structures already built within the personal subconscious, creating conflict, questioning, insight, and the possibility of transformation.
The book helps readers recognize this activity within themselves, examine what has been constructed, and become more aware of what is directing their lives.
Beyond Theory
This book is meant to be experienced, not merely analyzed. Reflection and meditation can help readers quiet the outward noise, observe the structures within the personal subconscious, and become more receptive to movement from the deepest level of the inner being.
The goal is greater awareness: to recognize what has been built within, question what no longer serves a meaningful life, and move toward spiritual awareness, true inner peace, enlightenment, purpose, and lasting change.
